Your queue stays on your device.

Follow-Up Queue version one is a device-local web application. Quote, invoice, client, and note data entered in the queue is stored in your browser using local storage. We do not receive that queue data.

Local storage

Your records remain in the browser profile and device where you entered them. Clearing browser storage, using a private window, changing browsers, or losing the device may remove that data. Use the export function to keep a backup.

Backup files

Exported backup files are created on your device. Importing a backup reads the file in your browser to restore the queue; it is not uploaded to us.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment and contact information required to complete the transaction under its own privacy terms. Follow-Up Queue does not store card details.

Customer messages

The app does not send emails or text messages. Drafts are created for you to review, copy, edit, and send through your existing communication tools.

Changes

If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or automatic communications, this notice will be updated before those features are enabled for customers.
