FQFOLLOW-UP QUEUE

Terms

A small tool, with clear boundaries.

These terms apply to Follow-Up Queue, a device-local tool for tracking open quotes and invoices and preparing follow-up drafts.

License

A completed purchase grants one individual or one small business a non-transferable license to use the purchased version of Follow-Up Queue. The launch license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Your responsibility

You control every customer communication. Review and edit each draft before sending it. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts, dates, payment terms, contact information, and statements sent to your customers.

No accounting or legal advice

Follow-Up Queue is an organizational tool. It is not accounting, collection, tax, or legal advice and does not replace your source invoice, agreement, accounting records, or professional guidance.

Device-local data

Queue records are stored in your browser. You are responsible for exporting backups. We cannot restore local data that has been deleted from your browser or device.

Refunds

If the product cannot reasonably perform the advertised device-local functions, contact the support method listed on the purchase receipt within seven days. Approved refunds end the license.

Availability

We may improve, replace, or discontinue future versions. A launch purchase does not promise cloud sync, automation, third-party integrations, or future paid features.
